Handling of personal data
Hotel Royal handles our guests' personal data in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process data you enter when booking or signing an agreement, either in direct contact with the hotel or through an external booking channel (travel agency). We use your personal data to complete concluded agreements, demonstrate good service on return visits and have the opportunity to provide you with information about offers from our business. We save personal data after check-out as long as we find legal grounds for processing or that you as a customer ask us to delete data about yourself. Please note that the data required to complete the agreements entered into is necessary for the agreement to apply. You can once a year request all information stored about you by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you discover inaccuracies in the data concerning yourself, you can always request that we adjust or supplement these.
